What an amazing experience! Tom was timely, friendly and extremely efficient. He came for a spring replacement and a new garage door opener and saw mistakes made by prior installers and quickly resolved the issues. Was not pushy in selling any additional parts. Our garage door crashed while closing and it was an emergency! We scheduled service, but then we were able to get the door down ourselves, and so we rescheduled for the next Monday. The office made all the scheduling and rescheduling VERY easy. Once the technician came, he was fabulous -- inspected and explained everything and had all the repairs completed in a short time. We were VERY happy with the service. You are on the top of the list in case of future difficulties. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Set up the service call online. Technician called when he was on the way and showed up right on time. Went over what the repair would entail and cost and repaired the door within 30 minutes. Quick and easy. Couldn't have bene happier.

My garage door would not open. One of the springs that was inside a tube had broken. I replaced this setup with a stronger spring and had the rollers replaced with a sealed bearing type. The service was scheduled same day and arrived early. The service tech was very efficient and professional. Service was excellent!

Ben arrived at the start of the service window and replaced a blinking sensor with a new one. When the new sensor also blinked, he concluded that there was a problem on the opener board, but since the opener was working fine, he advised me to wait until the door actually failed and then replace the entire opener. He gave me a sticker which I put on the unit. I will definitely be buying from him when my unit finally does fail. He also reattached the existing opener because one of the ceiling two-by-fours was cracked. He did all this for the price of the service call. He did not charge me for the new sensor. I recommend him highly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair.

I called Precision to take care of a garage door issue. I was told that Tom would come out that same day, between 2-4:00. Not only was he on the early side of 2-4:00 but it was a simple fix and looked at and listened to the door and said it did not require any maintenance at this time.....yeah!!

One of our garage door openers stopped working and I was unable to figure out how to fix it so I called another garage door repair company. On the day of the appointment they didn't show up and I needed to leave for an appointment and told them I needed to cancel. I'm busy at work during the day which makes it hard to call to book an appointment. I was able to call at 8:00 pm to book the appointment and actually talked with a real human, who was kind and accommodating, and made me an appointment for the next day. The service-person was professional, thorough, and didn't pressure us into any unnecessary work, but rather he clearly laid out our options and went through the pros and cons of each. He even gave us suggestions on potentially getting the project covered through insurance. It was exactly what we were looking for, and he even got our garage door temporarily working until we figure out how to approch the necessary repairs.

I called Precision and a representative answered my call, booked it for less than two hours later! Tom(tech) called 15 mins before the appointment time and showed up promptly at 10am, as scheduled. He inspected the issue and quoted me a price for the broken spring but found more issues than I called about but he showed me ossued, told me total cost and finished work in less than an hour.
