Awesome service, and reasonable price. Repair guy not only fixed my broken door, he straightened the tracks and tightened bolts that were interfering with the door operation and replaced the rollers so the old metal door doesn’t sound like Armageddon when it opens. Have already recommended Precision to friends and coworkers.

It is so refreshing to meet a worker that knows customer service. The young man that came to my house, I think he said Mark, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what to do with my door. It shows that your company not only trains their employees the business of application but customer service. Some employees have a natural ability in customer service that you don't get in training, and that was this young man. He fulfilled all the qualifications for an excellent employee.

Technician arrived early was very professional he fixed my problem tuned it up gave me recommendations also told me how old the door was as this is my mothers home. James, was very professional and told him I need a tune up at my house I’m going to call him It was very nice doing business with this company.

Not only did Garrett show up an hour and half early, he also got their at the exact same time as his competitor (who was an hour and a half LATE). Night and day service comparison. The spring on the garage door broke at 3:00pm today. I called and was given an appointment for tomorrow. At 3:15 pm Tom the manager called and said he noticed that my car was trapped inside he said he was going to try to get a technician out this afternoon. At 4:15 pm Zach arrived diagnosed the problem presented us with our options for repair and did the repair and had it completed by 6:00 pm. We were very impressed with Precision Garage Door especially with Tom for getting a technician out late in the afternoon and for Zach who was very professional and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

We have a 1000 lb wooden garage door that had multiple issues and was stuck closed with my husband's car held "hostage" inside. We called Precision and Zac came out right away to evaluate. With his schedule tight, he still managed to get all the needed custom parts and show up in 24 hrs to install new parts-(springs, rollers, cables, etc) and free our car. We feel so fortunate that Zac was our technician. Zac is clearly knowledgeable, Intense about his work, skillful creative, professional reliable-and.. an all around really nice guy. I was extremely pleased with all of our interactions and a job well done!

My garage door opener had some issues after a previous install by subcontractor that did not take place properly. After that experience, I decided to call in the real professionals, which happened to be Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The service call was scheduled for the next day but they were able to send the technician, Tom, out the same day. Tom did an excellent job! He was quite professional, efficient, and courteous all at the same time. The repair cost was much less than I had anticipated and quality work was performed. I would definitely refer Precision to others.

Donovan came out..ON TIME…inspected the garage door, straight forward about it just needing to have the rollers greased. No high pressure pitch to get a new door or anything other than the work he’d completed. He was articulate in his explanation of the work needed and what I should look for in the future. I will always turn to them with any garage door issues!
