I procrastinated for 6 months, letting my car out of the garage holding the button down til the door closed then running through the house to lock up and leave. FOR 6MONTHS!!!??????? then Jessie came and saved the day within about 45 minutes!! Very professional and way less expensive than I thought it would be with no pressure to upsell. I can’t believe it. I will never procrastinate again and I will always use precision garage door services.

Called in early afternoon and Jessie was there before 3pm to replace a broken spring. We decided it was time to replace our 29 year old opener too. Jessie was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly. Jessie was very polite and professional. He represents the company well. I would call Precision Garage Door again. Thanks for everything.

Mark was superb in all areas. He kept us updated on what he was doing and why. Our garage door technician, Marc, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Our repair presented some challenges, but Marc persevered and got the job done. We now have a functioning garage door and peace of mind with the new garage door opener. He even helped us to program the new opener with my wife's car. One of the tension springs had broken on my garage door. Jessie was a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went. The springs were replaced, a few other worn parts needed replaced as was discovered in his thorough inspection. All needed parts were on his truck. I am planning on replacing this entire door next year and will use Precision Door Service without a doubt.

My garage door spring broke, I called Precision. My technician was Jessie. He did a great job, was prompt, professional and courteous. He had it repaired and also looked at the other door and pointed out that the cable was frayed and could snap. He returned the next day and took care of that. I would recommend Precision and Jessie for any garage repairs.

The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He had to order parts due to the size and weight of my doors. He kept me informed and showed up a couple of days later to install the spring cables and adjust the doors. The doors work perfectly (first time in years) and are adjusted perfect. Old cheap garage door didn't work one Sunday morning. Call Precision and had a technician at our home within 3 hours. James was super professional and explained what was wrong (cheap builder grade garage door opener). He installed a new opener on the spot which is light years better than the old one.
